Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort & Spa Mazatlan, Mazatlan

My stay at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay was filled with mixed feelings. On one hand, the staff provided top-notch service that made us feel pampered, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. On the other hand, my suite did not meet expectations; cleanliness needs improvement. The location is wonderful for relaxation, but dining could use some variety in its offerings.

We had an incredible time at the resort, enjoying top-notch amenities and service. The staff were always friendly and went out of their way to make us feel special. The layout features beautiful grounds, though it can take some time to walk from one end to the other. Dining options were great, especially at the themed buffet, but the beach could be a bit rocky at times. Overall, it's a beautiful place I would definitely return to!
